Symposium Registration




The secretariat encourages participants to register online at for faster processing, However, if you are not able to use the Internet, you may download the registration form (PDF, Word) and resister by sending the completed form via email, postal mail or fax at +82 2 778 2514.


After the deadline of pre-registration, registering on-site at the symposium registration desk will be acceptable. Registration will not be confirmed until the payment is received completely. The confirmation letter of your registration should be presented at the symposium registration desk, whereupon the symposium kit and other materials would be provided.

By Postal mail

Please download the registration form below and send the completed one to the NOMS 2004 Secretariat with payment to the following address:

The preferred method of payment is to use credit card and VISA, Master Card and JCB is acceptable for NOMS 2004. Total payment of the Symposium including fees for additional activities must be sent with your registration form and total fees will be charged to your credit card when your registration is processed. Your credit card number and expiry date must be included in the registration form. Otherwise, you will only be able to make the total payment of the Symposium fees by way of wire transfer to the following bank account and be required to attach a copy of the bank remittance receipt at the time of submitting the registration form. Please note that all the service charges caused by the bank transfer have to be born by the registrant and the exact amount of total fee in Korean Currency will be acceptable only. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request received by March 15, 2004 will be acceptable and no refund from March 16, 2004. 60,000 will be charged for the cancellation fee and the remainder of the registration fees will be refunded. Cancellation notification must be made in written form and sent to the Secretariat with a reference to a bank account where a possible refund may be remitted to. Registration fees are not transferable and name substitutions will not be allowed.



Confirmation of your registration will be sent by e-mail or fax as soon as the payment proceeding is completed. If your e-mail address or fax number is not provided correctly on your registration form, confirmation will be sent by postal mail.
